Parkcrest was formed in 1988 by Robert S. Park, who started his building career in 1974 in the Pacific Northwest where he gained much recognition as a well-respected builder of multi-family housing complexes.  In fact in 1987 Building Industry Journal named him the top multi-family builder.

When Mr. Park and his family moved to California, Mr. Park founded Parkcrest Development to build single-family houses.  To this day, Parkcrest has been building single-family houses for 20 years.  In addition to building houses, over the years, the company has expanded its experience and expertise to commercial properties particularly hotel construction.

Parkcrest’s experience and knowledge in development is comprehensive.  Over the years, the firm has built its strength in all stages of development: site analysis, acquisition, financing, entitlements, construction, and property management.  This comprehensive knowledge of all stages of development enables Parkcrest to address every detail that contributes to quality and cost of the final product.  With this approach, the company can be sure to build structures of the highest quality in a cost-efficient manner. 

From the beginning of his career, the process of construction has been very personal to Mr. Park.  When he established Parkcrest Development, his objective was to provide high-quality construction, design beautiful homes, and deliver great value to the homebuyer.  With both his son and daughter working side-by-side with him, every stage of development—from site location to architectural design to the finishing touches—and every detail is personally addressed and done with great pride
